The hotel was set in a very central area not far from main Taupo shopping area, and lake and mountains. The personnel was very helpful and amazing friendly, and the owner too.

Location - magnificent and incredible, really close to all the bars, and shops and the lake. Also, near to a shopping center. Charming little and brand-new rooms with a living room and a lounge area.

I stayed at the apartment with lake view. A coffeemaker and a lounge were useful. This location was magnificent and perfect, very close to the lake front, very close lakefront, and the lake, bars and town. Also, a riverside park was 4 km away from the hotel.

There was lots of fabulous meals.

Facilities were exceptionally clean, even so internet connection was terrible.

The units were decent sized with tv.

Units for good value. Had all necessary amenities, central heating, TV set, and a microwave.

The hotel provides an excellent service. The venue has a magnificent and absolutely perfect location, easy walk to Great Lake Taupo.

The location was awesome close enough to city centre and the staff here was welcoming and good. I was offered a room with particularly good views of the mountain.

Liked my really good stay on the road trip. Its staff was competent and efficient. The location was handy - very close to the lake, bars and town, the lakefront and all the different shops and restaurants in town, and waterfront. It also was to the center of Taupō. Was an ideal place for easter.

Spent 1 night in this hotel during our easter in Taupo. The most important was the staff - very friendly and efficient people. The location was peaceful and easy for traveling around Taupo, right by centre as well as cafes and other places.

Thanks all for a very nice stay on our next Taupo visit. The room we had included a lounge and a recliner. The location was marvellous, near to aptly “ Emotel ” as well as all the bars & restaurants with lovely views of the lake, in a beautiful area.

Liked this hotel, had real good experience. Lovely venue, I stayed here with my family. It was well-appointed, beautifully presented and for good value. The staff was very very helpful, as well as owner. The location seemed magnificent close to the Bantry Restaurant.

the units are well presented and well-appointed with sky channels. there is a coffee machine and a lounge area - that's always a plus.

The room was beautifully presented and had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. And it had a stunning view of the lake. Its location in Taupo was peaceful and comfy, so close to restaurants, bar and lakeside as well as stunning Lake Taupo. I checked out Taupo Museum, that was set not very far from the property.
